Amanda Quellin - Artist

Artist Amanda Quellin is pleased to announce the official opening of an exciting new venture for Laxey Woollen Mills.  The new studio and art gallery 'Laaragh Ellyn' is located in the Mill building and opened it's doors in February 2010. 

Amanda has a BA (Hons) degree in fine art and has enjoyed a successful career as a designer and scenic artist, working internationally.

Since moving to the Isle of Man in 2005, Amanda has concentrated on developing her own work in oils and other media.  Her paintings include portraits, landscapes and private commissions.

Amanda says “the gallery is intended to showcase my own work and provide a vibrant atmospheric place in which other artisans can exhibit and sell their work on the island.”
