Cocoa Red - Manx Chocolatier

Since its launch in September 2009 Cocoa Red has achieved tremendous success producing a delectable range of high quality, hand-crafted ‘fine’ and ‘fresh’ chocolates. 

Karl spends an incredible amount of time sourcing only the finest of ingredients from around the world for his ‘fine’ chocolates.  The cocoa he uses is often from the most exclusive single-estate plantations. His filled chocolates use fresh Manx cream, fresh Manx butter, and fresh fruits, and contain no preservatives or other artificial ingredients. The fresh ingredients mean they have a limited shelf-life of three weeks - but their flavours are truly amazing. 

Cocoa Red can fulfill a variety of special requirements including:
